We offer a variety of training experiences including hands-on learning and off-site seminars on a variety of topics. We are committed to promoting employees from within our organization and offer a number of programs that provide employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Find more information on the learning and development programs that we offer here.

Student Scholarship Program
The CRS supports all employees in attaining their goals of post-secondary education by offering eligible employees the Co-op Student Scholarship Program. While attending high school, eligible employees will receive an additional premium per hour worked up to a maximum amount determined by each co-op. Students will be eligible to receive the scholarship following graduation and upon enrolling in a post-secondary education program. To be eligible to receive the scholarship, employees must be enrolled in high school in grades 10 to 12. Employees must be employed by the co-op for a minimum of one year at the time of grade 12 graduation.
