One-to-One Management Training Program

The One-to-One Management Training Program provides hands-on learning in a mentorship setting, intended to develop individuals for management responsibilities.

Training is offered in a variety of commodity departments including Bakery, Deli, Meat, Produce, Gas Bar/Convenience Store and Home Centre.

Trainees will gain experience in Operations, Buying/Ordering, Inventory Control, Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, Supervision, Training and Service Management.

To be eligible for the training program, individuals must have strong interpersonal skills, be service-oriented and desire a management career. Post-secondary technical training is preferred but not required. Consideration will be given to a candidate’s technical competency and experience.
