Reporting to the Gas Bar Division Manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing and actively performing the operations of this location including:


• Health and Safety
• Leadership to approximately 20 staff
• Last year sales of $ 14,905,929 in Taylor Gas Bar
• Recruitment, employee training, scheduling
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• Sales, margins, expenses and inventory
• Maintaining standards for merchandising, marketing, employee relations, H&S, loss prevention & due diligence
• Ensuring claims, invoices &administration duties are completed in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous Gas Bar experience an asset

This position requires a strong background in the operations of a Gas Bar, along with direct supervisory experience.  Preference will be given to those candidates with previous or current experience in the Co-operative Retailing System.
