FCL is the wholesaling/manufacturing arm of the CRS, which provides the retail co-ops with a range of products and services  Legacy Co-op is hiring a Petroleum Manager on a temporary basis at our Agro Centre in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Petroleum Division Manager, the Petroleum Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership within the Bulk Petroleum Department as well as providing assistance to the C-store/gas bars.  You will also oversee the cardlock/keylock operations and programs.
• You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• You will assist in meeting or exceeding budgeted goals on operations in conjunction with the Petroleum Division Manager including SPEH, sales and margins.
• You will oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
• You will lead the talent management process within the department and take measures to enhance employee engagement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Petroleum and:
• You have a grade 12 education
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a petroleum environment, product knowledge and experience in hauling petroleum is preferred. 
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are able to manage computer files efficiently
• You have the ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles
• You are experienced with coaching and providing feedback to other team member
• You have the ability to conduct cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques
• You are flexible to work various hours and on-call as required
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
