Hometown Co-op is looking for a Building Materials Supervisor to join our team at our Kipling location. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in all aspects of the building materials department including budgeting, sales, inventory control and Team Member supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and implementing the yearly budget for building materials
  • Providing accurate customer quotes, utilizing specialized computer programs
  • Provide strong leadership and support to all Team Members

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience
  • Class 1A or 5A endorsement
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
