The Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) is a unique, multi-billion dollar organization based on the fundamental principles of co-operation. Last Mountain Co-op is looking for a Home & Agro Centre Manager to join our team at our Raymore location. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in all aspects of Management including: recruitment, training and development and performance management. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide superior leadership and strategic direction to the team leaders and members, through coaching, performance management, talent development and succession planning
• Develop and achieve operating plans and budgets (budgeted sales of over $2 Million)
• High Standards in design and execution of all, marketing, merchandising, community image and brand standards
• Execute efficient buying, inventory management, and pricing strategies to achieve optimum sales and margin
• Lead a culture of safety through adherence to co-op standards for health and safety and loss prevention
• Provide positive, friendly and proactive interactions with all internal and external customers
• Maintain high customer service standards
Qualifications:
• Must have minimum 2 years retail management experience within hardware, agriculture and lumber
• Diploma in business management or Technical trade is desirable 
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and strong motivational skills
• Good delegation skills with a focus on customer service
• Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook
• Pre-Employment Alcohol & Substance Clearance
• Criminal Record Clearance
