Hometown Co-op is looking for a C-store Manager to join our team at our Broadview location. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in all aspects of the C-store department including budgeting, sales, inventory control and Team Member supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing and implementing the yearly budget for fuel and indoor sales
• Completing weekly fuel reconciliations for the pumps and cardlock
• Maintaining equipment and upholding high standards in the facility
• Hiring, scheduling and providing strong leadership and support to all Team Members

Qualifications:
• Strong technical knowledge and experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Demonstrated supervisory and delegation experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
