Why isn't the Co-op Connection website displaying correctly in my browser?

This problem occurs in some browsers. Usually, it is a result of the web page having been designed for a previous version of Internet Explorer.

To resolve this problem when you are using Internet Explorer version 8 or version 9, view the page using 'Compatibility View'.

To turn 'Compatibility View' on, locate the compatibility view button and click it. The button is usually found to the right of the Address Bar, next to the Refresh button (see picture below).

After switching to the compatibility view, Internet Explorer will display the page using a browser that is compatible with the page. It will remember the change you made, so that next time you open that page it will still display properly. To view the page using the most recent version of Internet Explorer, click the button again.

Why does the PDF I've opened look strange or refuse to function as indicated?

The program used to create the PDF you are trying to use may have saved the PDF as a newer version than the Acrobat Reader you currently have installed on your computer. This may cause some features of the PDF (charts in documents created from PowerPoint slides) to be blacked out, or features of forms (automatic submission) to function improperly.

For best viewing of PDF documents on this site, please download the latest version of Acrobat Reader.

How can I disable the pop-up warning messages seen while navigating the Co-op Connection?

This problem occurs in some browsers. 

To stop these pop-ups from appearing:

1. In Internet Explorer locate Tools from the menu at the top of the page.
2. Select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window opens.
3. Select the Security tab from the top of the window.
4. Click the Internet icon under Select a zone to view or change security settings.
5. Select the Custom Level button. The Security Settings - Trusted Sites Zone window opens.
6. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section and select Enable under Display mixed content then click OK. A message appears prompting you to confirm your decision.
7. Click Yes. The  Security Settings - Trusted Sites Zone window closes.
8. Click OK again to confirm your change and close the Internet Options window.

What is the "CRS Employee Portal"?

If you are an employee of a retail co-op in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), you are able to sign in to the Co-op Connection website in order to:

• Find out what's going on in the CRS, and
• Find tools and documents that will help you to perform your duties.

This "sign in" section of the site is called the CRS Employee Portal.
